Fitness Equip Lease
Stick with a traditional leasing company Many financing companies have a leasing arm for businesses in need of up-to-date equipment - and fast. You can often secure equipment fitness leasing with a minimal approval process. I recommend: Capital Funds Leasing and General Funding Corporation are traditional leasing companies that will provide funds for companies to lease a variety of equipment, including fitness equipment financing. Best of all, you can be approved in many cases in less than 24 hours.
Seek out specialized gym equipment leasing agents If fitness equipment is what you seek, then it only makes sense to seek out fitness equipment financing from those who specifically offer this type of equipment and service. I recommend: Fitness Leasing and GymCor.com specialize in - you guessed it - fitness equipment leasing. You will find all of the top-of-the-line equipment here plus be able to talk to experienced representatives who can help you choose the best machines for your needs.
Contact manufacturers directly Some large manufacturers of fitness equipment will consider leasing fitness equipment to companies. I recommend: Check out SoleFitness for exercise equipment lease options for treadmills and elliptical machines. Bowflex TreadClimber also has options for leasing gym equipment.
Tips & TacticsHelpful advice for making the most of this Guide
Visit a local gym to see what machines are popular. Try a few out to really get a feel for what you would like to include in your on-site gym.
Consider lease-to-buy deals that feature some of the same benefits of fitness equipment leasing, such as no upfront costs, but will result in you owning the equipment in the end.

Amazon Corporate Account
Vulcanrealestate is known for it's green buildings--walk by this location and check it out--they should of this past weekend, erected urban art to make it look good during construction. The buildings will have LEED silver certification (check out vulcanrealestate.com) SO planning on opening in 2010--7,000 amazon employees alone--not to mention influx of all the other busnesses--you wanna talk about demographic growth? South Lake union is it baby. So in my wildest dreams, Jessica could hook me up with her connect to amazon and we could get a preliminary contract with them? Crazy huh? PLus takes the having the build out the location because vulcan will build to suit-green!!
see below...
Amazon's campus will include up to 11 new buildings, or up to 1.6 million square feet, on six blocks along Terry and Boren Avenues between Mercer and John Streets. The buildings are part of a massive neighborhood development project just north of the downtown area run by billionaire Allen's Vulcan Real Estate.
Parts of the Vulcan plan were unveiled in October, but rumors that Amazon was the unnamed future tenant went unconfirmed until Friday.
Amazon said it plans to seek green building certification for the new construction.
In exchange for the City Council's approval to break height regulations for three of the buildings earlier this month, Vulcan said it will contribute about $6.4 million for affordable housing and take measures to reduce traffic, among other conditions.
The development plan also includes about 100,000 square feet of street-level space for restaurants and shops.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Amazon said it will pay up to $1.5 billion over 16 years to occupy the full 1.6 million square feet. Amazon also has options for additional space.
Schnitzer West, a Seattle area developer, is working with Vulcan on the first phase of Amazon's headquarters project.
Amazon's headquarters currently is in a 16-story former hospital on Seattle's Beacon Hill. The company also leases other office space in Seattle.

Questionaire/Survey
I started a Re-generation account on SurveyMonkey and wanted to get a 10 question survey together to send out. What are everyone's thoughts on the focus of it? Yo I know you had one together for the Gold's folks so that will cover the gym-goer target market. Do we create other questions to figure out the counseling and body movements target markets?
Post comments and potential questions below. (I like this blogging thing....keeps our conversations organized--can we say left-brainer!)
Cheers!
Business Model/Revenue
Hey what's everyone's thoughts on how much customers will pay to come to our joint? Yolanda you have good insight into gym membership pricing. Kaitlyn, what are your discoveries in the body movements realm? Cat, what do you think about the counseling side of things?

Schmoozing...
word up team. just dropped in to my local Intergrative pharmacy to get the skinny on what they offer. in addition to the herbals, homeopathics, etc. they have a full-time naturapath on staff with advice on teh many different types of remedies. They also sponsor/promote local wellness event around seattle. great layout and location (3rd location in seattle). Check out their website: www.pharmaca.com
I know Kaitlyn was really interested in the retail side of things, and they had a great selection. I described our project to them and they wished that we could open up shop right next door to them. Wasn't any traffic in the store and i think both parties could benefit from collaborating with one another! Just a thought.
